From Panama City, you can reach Taboga Island by several options:

+ By Calypso Ferry.
Leaves from Amador Causeway, our guests enjoy this, saying it is like a mini cruise by the Canal. The trip takes one relaxing hour.

+ By private boat.
A water taxi can pick you up on the mainland at Balboa Yacht Club; we can make a reservation for you). The trip takes about 30 minutes.

+ By helicopter.
Take an exciting trip to the island and enjoy a tour of the city on the way. We can introduce you to a reputable helicopter company.
Once on the island, you can walk to Cerrito Tropical in 10 minutes from the pier (we are on a hill), or we can arrange to have a local taxi-truck pick you up. There are no cars on Taboga only a handful of small trucks.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, on busy days the ferries can be full, and there can be unforeseen delays on the city streets.

Located near Mi Ranchito Restaurant, Amador Causeway, about 25 minutes from downtown and a $5 taxi fare.
This is not Muelle 18 as described in some guidebooks.
