<h3>My mouth waters at the thought of a fresh glass of Taboga Island icy cold limeade. I first became addicted many years back in the Caribbean to what they called Awa Limunchi. Now in Taboga Island we have a property beside our B&amp;B Inn Cerrito Tropical with our own lime tree… A tree which I have been feeding and trimming, waiting and salivating for this years bounty.</h3>
<h3>Since the rainy season this year has been generous our Taboga Island lime tree has produced the juiciest most flavorful limes I think I have ever tasted.</h3>
<h3>At our B&amp;B Inn Cerrito Tropical on Taboga we made a huge jug of limeade last weekend that had an incredible flavor and fragrance with just enough tang to pucker, and sweetened by light brown sugar to give it a special twist.</h3>
<h3>I have been dreaming about planting more lime trees so the season will never end. Imagine the other possibilities… Ice cold beer with lime (when you arrive and order one, ask for a lime – the Taboga Islanders will not understand why you would ever drink a cold beer with lime), Fresh Corvina with Lime (this one is on the menu, and another favorite). Maybe we can come up with our own version of Taboga Lime Pie!</h3>
